Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In case of any delay, our support team will contact you and keep you informed.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or during special campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.
  • For certain remote areas, advance payment may be required before dispatching the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including their name, phone number, and complete address. AneesMart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Service Availability

We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at this time.
